Free breakfast was joke! Muffins, juice & granola bars. Never refilled when emptied.

The room itself was not bad. Beds were hard as a rock, so we didn't sleep well. Very quiet & easy access to Fort Huachuca which was very convenient for us since thats where we spent most of our time. Pool was clean & kids enjoyed swimming there. Only problem I had was their breakfast left a lot to be desired. ...read more

Nothing.
Filthy.

We left the hotel 5 minutes after check in. There was hair in the sink, the room was filthy and only one light in the room worked. We had to stay at another hotel because of the sub-standard conditions at this hotel. ...read more

Hotel staff were great. They let me move my reservations 1 week.
Hotel is old and needs a lot of work.

Location.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, not enough soap and shampoo, no hand cream.

It's OK in a tight pinch, but we won't go there again because of the bed, and lack of courtesy items.

Lower level room.
Their breakfast items were very few and they did not replace them.

Not as friendly as some, no HBO guide, they tried to tell me we were only down for one night after talking to them they found our name for the next night. We got along fine after that.

Nothing the floor was more sleep able than the beds were, the staff was semi friendly.
The location was in a scary neighbor hood there was nothing enjoyable about it.

Less than 1 star. The beds were rock hard, like 50 years old.

Not a thing.
No maid had cleaned the room since the last guest, and when they did it was still disgusting.

Overall, this was about the worst travel experience I have ever had. The room had not been cleaned when I was checked in, the staff was relatively rude when I asked simple questions, and several times my room door stuck, trapping me inside. Avoid this hotel. ...read more

The toilet ran the drain in the shower was broken; one of the coke machines was broken.

The hotel was quiet except for the toilet that constantly ran. The drain in the bathtub was broken. If you wanted to take a shower, you had There were 2 coke machines and the one I wanted a beverage out of was out of order. Staff in the lobby was very friendly and helpful. ...read more

Close to army post.
It was good for a 1 or 2 star hotel.

It was good for a 1 or 2 star hotel. If you're expecting a four star you'll be disappointed, but if you want a clean, reasonably priced room close to post then this is the place for you.

Surprisingly new appearing with fantastic amenities (coffee pot, fridge, safe).
No info to explain TV. Only worked on light switch.

The reservation staff was friendly and called after Iżd entered the room to ask if the room met my needs and standards. The room was quiet (no neighbor disturbance), the parking lot was well lit and absolutely everything in the room functioned. I have stayed at numerous hotels during the past few years and this stay was, by far, the best. ...read more
